The button '+1' on the right of Google search results. When we click on that button, the result will recommend to our friends, so Google will take this when they make a similar search.
For example, you are planning a winter trip to Tahoe, California. When you do a search, you may now see a '+1' next to the result for a lodge in the area. Or if you are looking for a new pasta recipe, You will see the '+1' from your culinary genius college roommate. And even if none of your friends are baristas or caffeine addicts, It will still show you how many people across the web have '+1' from your local coffee shop.
